bubble & squeak


In 2017, children at Old Oak Primary School launched Bubble & Squeak to tackle food waste. Partnering with City Harvest and later the Felix Project, they set up a weekly stall offering surplus food on a ‘pay as you feel’ basis.

The project teaches children to run a community-focused enterprise and become socially conscious young entrepreneurs.

Locally run group The Purls.UK knit and crotchet warm clothes for the homeless and their pets. They provide support for disadvantaged and vulnerable community members.

cycle connect


Bikeworks Cycle Connect is a transport service that uses side-by-side e-assist cycles, allowing passengers to ride with a trained pilot. It is a social enterprise aiming to address isolation & loneliness, increase physical activity & wellbeing and provide equitable access to active travel. St Kat's would love to welcome you to Families Church. You can expect fun craft activities,  a short video story, songs and a prayer. We end with a shared meal  which is a great chance to chat and make new friends.

We gather every Wednesday during term time 3.45-5.15. Everyone is welcome.
